Narrative:

Flying direct to milford VOR at FL310. A flight attendant came to the cockpit to complain of an unusual noise in the cabin. All cockpit crew members concentrated on solving the noise problem at the expense of navigating the aircraft. The aircraft overflew milford VOR without making the required 13 degree left course change to join the las crowe 6 arrival. At 60 mi southwest of milford VOR and 13 NM from the course centerline, the mistake was noted by ATC. We turned left 25 degrees to rejoin the crowe 6 arrival las. Should have given control of the aircraft to the first officer and had the first officer stay out of flight attendant conversation.
