Narrative:

While holding at msn VOR 360 degree right 15 DME. Flight got distracted due to talking with company and ATC. Also having been up all night due to night cargo operation. Both crew members were tired. While holding with 15 DME leg limit, distracted while talking through to company. Aircraft was allowed to travel outbound to 18-19 DME before turning inbound. Due to long duty night, crew being tired and easily distracted (this was second airport to hold at with 2 diverts to alternate airports). Also, with the radio setup in our aircraft, to talk to company, control of aircraft has to be switched back and forth between captain and first officer.
