Narrative:
Climbing off of pocatello airport, was assigned 10000 ft, reassigned 11000 ft during climb. Approaching 11000 ft center called again with some sort of request. I continued to climb and level at 12000 ft. My fault. This has happened before. Center calls when approaching an assigned altitude. Maybe a correction could be to not call within 300 ft of an assigned altitude.

Title: RPTR ADMITS CLBING TO WRONG ALT -- AGAIN!
Narrative: CLBING OFF OF POCATELLO ARPT, WAS ASSIGNED 10000 FT, REASSIGNED 11000 FT DURING CLB. APCHING 11000 FT CTR CALLED AGAIN WITH SOME SORT OF REQUEST. I CONTINUED TO CLB AND LEVEL AT 12000 FT. MY FAULT. THIS HAS HAPPENED BEFORE. CTR CALLS WHEN APCHING AN ASSIGNED ALT. MAYBE A CORRECTION COULD BE TO NOT CALL WITHIN 300 FT OF AN ASSIGNED ALT.
