Narrative:

We were landing at bur airport runway 8. Aircraft weight 127500 pounds, wind 17/04, wet runway, braking action reported good. ATIS reported work on runway 8. Runway 8 was not grooved. Upon touchdown at 1000 ft down runway, there was standing water. Aircraft hydroplaned. It took maximum braking and maximum reverse with spoilers out to stop the aircraft. Stopped with 250-300 ft remaining. Within 2-3 mins after landing a heavy rain storm occurred at the bur airport. Reported to tower that braking action was nil due to standing water north runway. Recommended no lndgs on runway 8 due to this standing water. Bur tower closed the field.
