Narrative:

I was about to depart on runway 18, clowfield, in a cessna 152. One 152 had just departed and was on climb out and another had just turned right base when I took the runway. I thought I had enough clearance from the approaching aircraft but decided to give the aircraft climbing out more room, so I held my position a few seconds. No more than 30 degrees. I accelerated down the runway and heard someone report a go around, (there was a previous transmission which was unintelligible). This was just as I rotated. I looked for another aircraft but saw none and still thought I had had enough separation from the aircraft on approach. I could not see the going around but saw his shadow on the ground approximately 200 ft to my right. I never saw that aircraft at all and believe he turned crosswind before me but I did not see him. I believe he remained above me and to my right during my climb out and ended up ahead of me on downwind.
