Suggest better training on fuel dumping. Fuel dumping is often not necessary. Dispatcher crew should have insisted on a holding rather than polluting the sea.

FUEL DUMPING IS OFTEN NOT NECESSARY. DISPATCHER CREW SHOULD HAVE INSISTED ON A HOLDING RATHER THAN POLLUTING THE SEA.
