Narrative:

After landing on runway 18R at dfw we took the second high speed and were instructed by tower to hold short of runway 18L at intersection 27. My first officer, while running the after landing checklist, inadvertently turned the fuel shut-off valves off, instead of turning the boost pumps off. Both engines quit while holding short of runway 18L. One engine start was attempted and aborted due to a hot start. A bus came and got the passenger, and the plane and crew were towed to gate. My first officer was brand new. This was his 4TH day on line.
