Flight received clearance to 10000 ft from clearance delivery. After takeoff climbed to 5000 ft and leveled off. Asked ATC for higher, he advised us that we were already cleared to 10000 ft. Factors: first officer had 10 calendar days with 1 24 hour off. Captain 4 days. Trip assigned was a nap (cod), XY30 pm on aug/xx/94 to XX25 am next day. Factors: tired, just missed setting the right altitude.
