Narrative:

First officer was handling radios when advised by approach control to contact tower. He dialed in the wrong frequency and broadcasted our intent to land. We were switched to tower close in and were distracted by preceding traffic on our runway and the parallel (runway 35). I queried the first officer on landing clearance and was told that we were 'cleared to land.' after leaving runway we saw the wrong frequency dialed on the radio.
