Narrative:

An zz aircraft was approaching on runway 17L for landing. During our takeoff roll on runway 17R we heard an zz aircraft announce he was going around. At the same time there was an yy aircraft departing runway 17L, so all 3 of us were soon airborne in close proximity. Tower told us to stop our climb at 2000 ft and had the go around climb to 3000 ft. The yy aircraft was issued a left turn while the 2 jets behind us and I could not see either one. The separation on TCASII was very close. The tower did not seem to do a very good job getting us separated. We were switched to departure control and he did a little better, but it still was a long time before he got us onto a diverging path with the other jet. They could not climb us due to the other jet but they seemed reluctant to tell the other jet to climb or to turn out to the east. It just seemed to take too long to resolve this conflict, which I could do very little about as a result of the other aircraft being in my blind spot. Controllers seemed unsure of how to resolve the problem. Separation may have been compromised. I was ahead of both other aircraft and could not see them except on TCASII, where the targets were very close. TCASII alerts were distracting.

Title: AS 2 ACFT TKOF ADJACENT TO EACH SEPARATED BY RWY SEPARATION OF 1200 FT, AN APCHING ACFT EXECUTES A GAR MANEUVER. LEAD ACFT FEELS UNEASY ABOUT 3 ACFT IN CLOSE PROX AS HE HAS NO VISUAL SIGHTING OF ACFT BEHIND HIM. FEELS TWR IS NOT PERFORMING ADEQUATE TFC SEPARATION.

Narrative: AN ZZ ACFT WAS APCHING ON RWY 17L FOR LNDG. DURING OUR TKOF ROLL ON RWY 17R WE HEARD AN ZZ ACFT ANNOUNCE HE WAS GOING AROUND. AT THE SAME TIME THERE WAS AN YY ACFT DEPARTING RWY 17L, SO ALL 3 OF US WERE SOON AIRBORNE IN CLOSE PROX. TWR TOLD US TO STOP OUR CLB AT 2000 FT AND HAD THE GAR CLB TO 3000 FT. THE YY ACFT WAS ISSUED A L TURN WHILE THE 2 JETS BEHIND US AND I COULD NOT SEE EITHER ONE. THE SEPARATION ON TCASII WAS VERY CLOSE. THE TWR DID NOT SEEM TO DO A VERY GOOD JOB GETTING US SEPARATED. WE WERE SWITCHED TO DEP CTL AND HE DID A LITTLE BETTER, BUT IT STILL WAS A LONG TIME BEFORE HE GOT US ONTO A DIVERGING PATH WITH THE OTHER JET. THEY COULD NOT CLB US DUE TO THE OTHER JET BUT THEY SEEMED RELUCTANT TO TELL THE OTHER JET TO CLB OR TO TURN OUT TO THE E. IT JUST SEEMED TO TAKE TOO LONG TO RESOLVE THIS CONFLICT, WHICH I COULD DO VERY LITTLE ABOUT AS A RESULT OF THE OTHER ACFT BEING IN MY BLIND SPOT. CTLRS SEEMED UNSURE OF HOW TO RESOLVE THE PROB. SEPARATION MAY HAVE BEEN COMPROMISED. I WAS AHEAD OF BOTH OTHER ACFT AND COULD NOT SEE THEM EXCEPT ON TCASII, WHERE THE TARGETS WERE VERY CLOSE. TCASII ALERTS WERE DISTRACTING.
