Narrative:

Shortly after rotation, at 100 ft, at alexandria, la (esf), left engine propeller RPM decreased rapidly accompanied by rapid increase in torque and itt, both itt and torque increased to above operating limitations for takeoff. Precautionary engine shutdown was accomplished, single engine return landing was made at esf without incident. Airplane was being ferried for maintenance due to an erratic left engine propeller RPM indication problem.
