Narrative:

ATIS and NOTAMS had advised that runway 10, pdx, had 1000 ft displaced threshold, with 7000 ft usable. Landing on 28R was made at maximum landing weight (129500 pounds). Upon approaching last high speed turn off, was still at 80 KTS ground speed. We rolled past last turn off towards closed area. Tower then advised us to continue rollout through closed portion and turn off at end of runway.

Narrative: ATIS AND NOTAMS HAD ADVISED THAT RWY 10, PDX, HAD 1000 FT DISPLACED THRESHOLD, WITH 7000 FT USABLE. LNDG ON 28R WAS MADE AT MAX LNDG WT (129500 LBS). UPON APCHING LAST HIGH SPD TURN OFF, WAS STILL AT 80 KTS GND SPD. WE ROLLED PAST LAST TURN OFF TOWARDS CLOSED AREA. TWR THEN ADVISED US TO CONTINUE ROLLOUT THROUGH CLOSED PORTION AND TURN OFF AT END OF RWY.
