Narrative:
Atx X, an shd-6, on final runway 5R at 1000 ft. Atx Y, a ba- 31, on 2 mi final runway 5L at 1000 ft. Atx X asked me if I had anyone else out here. I said yes, you have company ba-31 on final to runway 5L. He said 'ok.' I see him, we've got an RA, we are turning out to the downwind. Note: simultaneous visual approachs were in use. Once again, TCASII messes things up!
