Narrative:
While flying competency check with company check airman, I was on a very short final (about 100 ft AGL) also for runway 25, check airman called for a go around. As I initiated the go around, he failed 1 engine. At this time, tower controller instructed us to continue upwind until 1000 ft. I said 'it will be a while before a reach 1000 ft' thinking I could get a turn before then since I was on 1 engine and my climb performance was only 200-300 FPM. Controller asked 'why will it take you a while to reach 1000 ft?' I stated 'we are simulated 1 engine out.' she said 'well you need to tell me these things so I can plan on separation.' I said 'I just did!' she returned with 'check your drift small transport X, you have drifted south of runway centerline and are now in the orlando class B airspace.' later in the pattern (same one), she gave us unnecessary delays due to slower traffic. I often have trouble with this controller and her attitude toward myself and other pilots. I was not intentionally south of centerline. It was a check ride engine out. I was attempting to maintain heading more so than drift due to completion standards of check ride. Also, I was only about 1/2 mi south of runway centerline at the most, probably closer to 1/4 mi.

Title: ATX X UNAUTH PENETRATION OF CLASS B AIRSPACE. PLTDEV.
Narrative: WHILE FLYING COMPETENCY CHK WITH COMPANY CHK AIRMAN, I WAS ON A VERY SHORT FINAL (ABOUT 100 FT AGL) ALSO FOR RWY 25, CHK AIRMAN CALLED FOR A GAR. AS I INITIATED THE GAR, HE FAILED 1 ENG. AT THIS TIME, TWR CTLR INSTRUCTED US TO CONTINUE UPWIND UNTIL 1000 FT. I SAID 'IT WILL BE A WHILE BEFORE A REACH 1000 FT' THINKING I COULD GET A TURN BEFORE THEN SINCE I WAS ON 1 ENG AND MY CLB PERFORMANCE WAS ONLY 200-300 FPM. CTLR ASKED 'WHY WILL IT TAKE YOU A WHILE TO REACH 1000 FT?' I STATED 'WE ARE SIMULATED 1 ENG OUT.' SHE SAID 'WELL YOU NEED TO TELL ME THESE THINGS SO I CAN PLAN ON SEPARATION.' I SAID 'I JUST DID!' SHE RETURNED WITH 'CHK YOUR DRIFT SMT X, YOU HAVE DRIFTED S OF RWY CTRLINE AND ARE NOW IN THE ORLANDO CLASS B AIRSPACE.' LATER IN THE PATTERN (SAME ONE), SHE GAVE US UNNECESSARY DELAYS DUE TO SLOWER TFC. I OFTEN HAVE TROUBLE WITH THIS CTLR AND HER ATTITUDE TOWARD MYSELF AND OTHER PLTS. I WAS NOT INTENTIONALLY S OF CTRLINE. IT WAS A CHK RIDE ENG OUT. I WAS ATTEMPTING TO MAINTAIN HDG MORE SO THAN DRIFT DUE TO COMPLETION STANDARDS OF CHK RIDE. ALSO, I WAS ONLY ABOUT 1/2 MI S OF RWY CTRLINE AT THE MOST, PROBABLY CLOSER TO 1/4 MI.
