Narrative:
Cleared to 15000 ft on eagul 2 SID, turned at 305 degree radial to head 060 degrees. Passing 14300 ft first officer started turn back left as we received a TCASII TA/RA (traffic, monitor vertical speed, descend). We turned left and descended to 14000 ft. TCASII showed plus 200 ft for other aircraft at our 4 O'clock at about 1-2 mi. First officer saw other aircraft visually.
