Narrative:

Aircraft X inbound to crg from south on a visual approach. The aircraft reported turning final and I still did not have him in sight. I then noticed an aircraft turning final to runway 5 at mayport. Jax called and confirmed that the aircraft had turned final to the wrong airport. Crg has no BRITE, but this whole situation would not have happened if we did.

Narrative: ACFT X INBOUND TO CRG FROM S ON A VISUAL APCH. THE ACFT RPTED TURNING FINAL AND I STILL DID NOT HAVE HIM IN SIGHT. I THEN NOTICED AN ACFT TURNING FINAL TO RWY 5 AT MAYPORT. JAX CALLED AND CONFIRMED THAT THE ACFT HAD TURNED FINAL TO THE WRONG ARPT. CRG HAS NO BRITE, BUT THIS WHOLE SIT WOULD NOT HAVE HAPPENED IF WE DID.
