Narrative:

After obtaining my clearance I contacted orl ground control and received a clearance to taxi to runway 7. The time was approximately XA30 am and orlando executive airport was just becoming VFR after being IFR all morning with a 1200 RVR and heavy fog. As the sun was coming up, I started my taxi out down taxiway G. As I was taxiing I noticed 5 or 6 aircraft in the runup area. 2 of the aircraft are painted the same color. As I rounded the corner into the runup area, the glare from the rising sun hit me in the face making the runup area hard to see. At this point I reduced the power to idle on both engines, and applied my brakes to stop my aircraft. Before my aircraft could come to a complete stop, a sky watch small aircraft that had been in the runup area began his taxi to the runway. As the small aircraft came across my nose he moved out of the sun and into full view. Because I was already braking, my only other course of action was to turn away. Before I could start a turn the nose of my aircraft came in contact with the tail of the small aircraft. Not being sure we hit I continued a turn away from the small aircraft and pulled the mixture back to shut off both engines so they would not do any damage. We both shut down and ground control called both the airport authority/authorized and the crash crew. I gave the airport authority/authorized my information and returned to my hangar.

Title: TAXIING TFC HIT TAXIING TFC IN TAXI INCIDENT ACCIDENT. ACFT DAMAGED.

Narrative: AFTER OBTAINING MY CLRNC I CONTACTED ORL GND CTL AND RECEIVED A CLRNC TO TAXI TO RWY 7. THE TIME WAS APPROX XA30 AM AND ORLANDO EXECUTIVE ARPT WAS JUST BECOMING VFR AFTER BEING IFR ALL MORNING WITH A 1200 RVR AND HVY FOG. AS THE SUN WAS COMING UP, I STARTED MY TAXI OUT DOWN TXWY G. AS I WAS TAXIING I NOTICED 5 OR 6 ACFT IN THE RUNUP AREA. 2 OF THE ACFT ARE PAINTED THE SAME COLOR. AS I ROUNDED THE CORNER INTO THE RUNUP AREA, THE GLARE FROM THE RISING SUN HIT ME IN THE FACE MAKING THE RUNUP AREA HARD TO SEE. AT THIS POINT I REDUCED THE PWR TO IDLE ON BOTH ENGS, AND APPLIED MY BRAKES TO STOP MY ACFT. BEFORE MY ACFT COULD COME TO A COMPLETE STOP, A SKY WATCH SMA THAT HAD BEEN IN THE RUNUP AREA BEGAN HIS TAXI TO THE RWY. AS THE SMA CAME ACROSS MY NOSE HE MOVED OUT OF THE SUN AND INTO FULL VIEW. BECAUSE I WAS ALREADY BRAKING, MY ONLY OTHER COURSE OF ACTION WAS TO TURN AWAY. BEFORE I COULD START A TURN THE NOSE OF MY ACFT CAME IN CONTACT WITH THE TAIL OF THE SMA. NOT BEING SURE WE HIT I CONTINUED A TURN AWAY FROM THE SMA AND PULLED THE MIXTURE BACK TO SHUT OFF BOTH ENGS SO THEY WOULD NOT DO ANY DAMAGE. WE BOTH SHUT DOWN AND GND CTL CALLED BOTH THE ARPT AUTH AND THE CRASH CREW. I GAVE THE ARPT AUTH MY INFO AND RETURNED TO MY HANGAR.
