Taxiing for takeoff at ZZZ the number 2 engine flamed out. This was the second occurrence in 3 days on that airplane and had it occurred only moments later ( Original NASA ASRS Text Title: AN MD-11 TAXIING FOR TKOF HAS #2 ENG FLAME OUT.
