Narrative:
For weeks and weeks now, actually months -- continued repeated reports from numerous pilots that my xmissions are garbled and nearly unreadable. I have attempted to switch to/from primary/backup transmitters. This has not worked. This has occurred on clearance delivery, ground control, local (tower) control and radar -- each and every tower position. Will this go on and on and on? This facility is only 1 yr old!!
