Narrative:

Takeoff warning horn sounded as throttles advanced. Captain rejected takeoff at low speed, taxied off, checked speed brake. It was 1/16 inch out of detent (all the way forward but 1/16 up). This allowed for the test to show in detent but horn sounded on takeoff. Placed speed brake in full detent, advanced throttle and horn did not come on. We then taxied back and made normal takeoff. Mechanic sprayed wd-40 substance on speed brake at next stop. Speed brake operated okay.
