Narrative:
On arrival into dtw, ATC told of traffic at 10 O'clock and approximately 3 mi. Do not remember if told traffic would level at 10000 ft. We were at 11000 ft. TCASII sounded RA with a 2000 FPM climb. Captain responded and we complied with RA with a climb to 11500 ft and so stated to ATC. After RA descended to 11000 ft and proceeded to a normal landing.
