Narrative:

Immediately after takeoff on runway 8R, an RA to descend was received. The cause of the advisory was easily visible. It was the aircraft that had taken off just before us. This was a momentary situation with a temporary 'clear of conflict' signal, then a return of the RA. Climb was stopped until past the aircraft. With coordination from tower, climb was resumed. Interval between aircraft of disparate speeds was too close.
