Narrative:

Responded to TCASII RA. VFR traffic 12 O'clock position 500 ft below. Received RA to climb. We executed climb maneuver up to approximately 10400 ft. The only disturbing fact was the ATC controller's attitude. He questioned our actions, seems he is unaware that flcs are required to act upon TCASII RA instructions.

Narrative: RESPONDED TO TCASII RA. VFR TFC 12 O'CLOCK POS 500 FT BELOW. RECEIVED RA TO CLB. WE EXECUTED CLB MANEUVER UP TO APPROX 10400 FT. THE ONLY DISTURBING FACT WAS THE ATC CTLR'S ATTITUDE. HE QUESTIONED OUR ACTIONS, SEEMS HE IS UNAWARE THAT FLCS ARE REQUIRED TO ACT UPON TCASII RA INSTRUCTIONS.
