Narrative:

First approach to southwest ended in a miss due to a wind shear alert (positive performance). Second approach to northeast ended in a miss due to wind shear warning (negative performance). On miss, about 3 mi from field, we got an RA from the TCASII. We complied with TCASII commands. In holding we discussed fuel and divert planning with ourselves and the dispatcher. We opted for a third approach resulting in a safe landing. Cockpit resource management, standardization, and training paid off this day. I am proud of our performance. The only reason I am filing this report is in the event that '6 months' from now the FAA tries to second-guess us on some element of these sits.
