Narrative:

After an all-nighter, I was cleared to taxi in after landing 14R via T3, outer, to the gate. I was on the outer between blue lights and was bending to the left at the bottom of the X concourse, when all of a sudden, I was on the paved area between the inner and outer. I safely navigated between the lights back out to the outer. I looked at it in daylight and I had turned onto the bus lane for the crew bus. I did not see any lights to indicate this. I will watch a lot more carefully for these bus lanes (especially ord). I also think I was extremely tired the last hour of flight. My nap prior to the start of my all-nighter was interrupted after an hour and 15 mins, and could not go back to sleep.
