Narrative:

On small aircraft twin, added power at takeoff. Loss of power in right engine. Probable cause was high altitude with mixture on right engine in full rich position. Aircraft jolted to right edge of runway. No damage to aircraft. Mixture was adjusted -- normal takeoff completed. Tower had to initiate go around for landing traffic.
