Departed runway 8R approximately 562000 pounds; 160000 pounds fuel; bird strike right engine at 1000 ft; 'TO1' reduced power 'to.' engine indications quickly returned to normal except N1 vibration at 4.5 - 4.9 units with noticeable aircraft vibration on the seat of your pants. Declared an emergency; commenced left turn downwind climbing to 3000 ft; dumping fuel; vectors ILS runway 8R; terminated dump on final; landed minimum sink rate approximately 520000 pounds. Aircraft inspected by fire crew with no brake smoke or damage to the aircraft. Taxied to gate; postflt showed 3 distorted fan blades; 2 with cracks at the tips. Believe the bird bypassed the core.
