Narrative:

Runway 31L has 2 large dips in it, plus or minus 1500 ft from the beginning of the runway. Our nose gear bottomed out twice while accelerating down the runway. It's unsafe to takeoff on runway 31L at dfw. What does it take to get it fixed! An accident? Please notify dfw airport board, again. I refuse to use that runway and then ATC gets upset!
