Narrative:
During a period of sector saturation a turn for spacing was given to air carrier X. The turn put him in conflict with an MTR. We were conducting OJT at the time. The sector 'feeding' us was also conducting OJT. The mru's using W470 also put a flight of 2 fgts into our airspace at FL260 without a clearance and there was much WX deviation.

Narrative: DURING A PERIOD OF SECTOR SATURATION A TURN FOR SPACING WAS GIVEN TO ACR X. THE TURN PUT HIM IN CONFLICT WITH AN MTR. WE WERE CONDUCTING OJT AT THE TIME. THE SECTOR 'FEEDING' US WAS ALSO CONDUCTING OJT. THE MRU'S USING W470 ALSO PUT A FLT OF 2 FGTS INTO OUR AIRSPACE AT FL260 WITHOUT A CLRNC AND THERE WAS MUCH WX DEV.
