Narrative:
Received TCASII RA to climb. Started climb, leaving assigned cruise altitude of 28000 ft. Visually picked up traffic below us and stopped climb and returned to cruise altitude. Advised ATC. I believe RA received because of traffic's rate of climb.

Narrative: RECEIVED TCASII RA TO CLB. STARTED CLB, LEAVING ASSIGNED CRUISE ALT OF 28000 FT. VISUALLY PICKED UP TFC BELOW US AND STOPPED CLB AND RETURNED TO CRUISE ALT. ADVISED ATC. I BELIEVE RA RECEIVED BECAUSE OF TFC'S RATE OF CLB.
