Narrative:

Loss of 1 hydraulic system required the use of gravity extension of landing gear, 1 pair of spoilers inoperative, nosewheel steering inoperative. Aircraft was dispatched with 1 flight control computer inoperative (as per MEL). WX in destination was not great but better than other nearby locations. Elected to proceed and declare emergency with approach control. Landing was uneventful and was towed to gate by company tug.
