Narrative:
M03 has a person living on the south side of runway 07/25 near the approach end of 25 with an estimated 75 ft tall antenna within 100 ft of the runway. The city is currently constructing power line off the end of runway 25. And last, but not least, there are no runway markings designating the end of runway 25 or any displaced threshold. The problem is purely the result of inaction by the city council.
