Narrative:
Contacted cleveland FSS by phone for a last minute 'void time' clearance. I was only given 10 minutes to be in the air. This made me hurry to take off, and I just felt this rush was unsafe.

Narrative: CONTACTED CLEVELAND FSS BY PHONE FOR A LAST MINUTE 'VOID TIME' CLRNC. I WAS ONLY GIVEN 10 MINUTES TO BE IN THE AIR. THIS MADE ME HURRY TO TAKE OFF, AND I JUST FELT THIS RUSH WAS UNSAFE.
