Narrative:

We need to inform the public especially people living next to airports of FAA regulations for emergencys practice sits. I was practicing emergency approachs at skyhill above 500 ft AGL and a lady called about a red and white airplane flying low over her house -- we were brown and white. It is unfair that pilots get complaints about flying when they are in the FAA regulations. I believe I was not in violation of FARS but I'm writing this because there has been a complaint and there is confusion on whether it was even me.
