Narrative:

On the specified date, I was practicing commercial maneuvers and operations from the right seat, in a designed practice area. This included a simulated emergency landing, not in the vicinity of an airport. I aborted the landing at +/-150' AGL. Accompanied is the complaint that was filed, and a copy of a map within it marked the designated practice areas and the approximately location of the incident.

Title: PLT PRACTICING EMERGENCY LNDGS IN PRACTICE AREA ACCUSED OF LOW FLYING.

Narrative: ON THE SPECIFIED DATE, I WAS PRACTICING COMMERCIAL MANEUVERS AND OPS FROM THE RIGHT SEAT, IN A DESIGNED PRACTICE AREA. THIS INCLUDED A SIMULATED EMER LNDG, NOT IN THE VICINITY OF AN ARPT.
