Narrative:
Construction vehicles are crossing taxiway 9 at high rate of speed uncontrolled. An small aircraft, which I had given taxi clearance, was cut off by a dump truck on the taxiway. Airport personnel need training in safety procedures.

Narrative: CONSTRUCTION VEHICLES ARE XING TXWY 9 AT HIGH RATE OF SPD UNCTLED. AN SMA, WHICH I HAD GIVEN TAXI CLRNC, WAS CUT OFF BY A DUMP TRUCK ON THE TXWY. ARPT PERSONNEL NEED TRAINING IN SAFETY PROCS.
