Narrative:

Usually ATC people are very good at using correct terminology, but around their own local airport they often lapse into jargon. Attached is an example that is often used. Nowhere on the airport diagram published by X is there a 'navy' (small north) or is it 'navy (capital north) -- ramp. Do you suppose it belongs to the united states navy, or is it painted dark blue? In either case, I have no idea where it is located, and I am an air carrier pilot (not msp-based). The title of the ramp is okay, just change the diagram.
