Narrative:

Captain accepted an aircraft with ground spoilers inoperative (they were permanently disabled) and nosewheel steering MEL'ed. The plane also has a supplemental compatibility chart which says the airplane cannot be dispatched with both these items MEL'ed.

Title: AN MDT ACR CREW FLEW AN ACFT IN AN UNAIRWORTHY CONDITION.

Narrative: CAPT ACCEPTED AN ACFT WITH GND SPOILERS INOP (THEY WERE PERMANENTLY DISABLED) AND NOSEWHEEL STEERING MEL'ED. THE PLANE ALSO HAS A SUPPLEMENTAL COMPATIBILITY CHART WHICH SAYS THE AIRPLANE CANNOT BE DISPATCHED WITH BOTH THESE ITEMS MEL'ED.
