Narrative:

Pittsburgh international has been on your signage list before. The location of taxiway V, north of the approach end of runway 10C, is still a problem and flcs need to be vigilant or risk runway incursion. The new midfield terminal is open, opening 2 additional taxiways which involve this same intersection making matters worse. To add to the confusion, the taxiways surrounding the new midfield are labeled incorrectly on commercial and government charts. One taxiway isn't even depicted. We have been blessed with great fall WX, good visibility, no restrictions. But snow showers are coming and flcs need to be aware of the potential hazard here.
