Narrative:
I climbed air carrier X from FL290 to FL330. 1 min later I found he was not going to be clear of air carrier Y and turned air carrier X to a 180 degree heading (about 100 degrees to the south). Air carrier Y was NORDO and I was not able to turn him. Closest proximity 4 mi and 1000 ft.
