Narrative:
Air carrier X flight plan information was passed from one sector to another controller (at OC7). OC7 controller did not write it on a strip. Later, adjoining sector climbed air carrier Y which was 3 min from air carrier X to the same altitude. Separation was lost.

Narrative: ACR X FLT PLAN INFO WAS PASSED FROM ONE SECTOR TO ANOTHER CTLR (AT OC7). OC7 CTLR DID NOT WRITE IT ON A STRIP. LATER, ADJOINING SECTOR CLBED ACR Y WHICH WAS 3 MIN FROM ACR X TO THE SAME ALT. SEPARATION WAS LOST.
