Narrative:

I cleared an air carrier X to the kahului airport via V15 hnl V2 lny campsi climbing to FL250. The airspace above hnl at the time was assigned to huladancer military control up through FL250. We had a situation at the time with 2 head-on aircraft. I attempted to inform radar man of pending situation, 3 instances and finally told R2 to stop climbing aircraft at FL250 under other aircraft. During this time frame, the supervisor questioned me about pali airspace, I called huladancer for pointout. The radar man at the time informed both myself and supervisor that air carrier X had already been pointed out to huladancer military control. We later were informed that no such pointout was done by radar man (R2) therefore the airspace deviations occurred.

Title: ARTCC MILFAC INTRAFAC COORD. ACR X UNAUTHORIZED UNCOORDINATED PENETRATION OF AIRSPACE. OPDEV.

Narrative: I CLRED AN ACR X TO THE KAHULUI ARPT VIA V15 HNL V2 LNY CAMPSI CLBING TO FL250. THE AIRSPACE ABOVE HNL AT THE TIME WAS ASSIGNED TO HULADANCER MIL CTL UP THROUGH FL250. WE HAD A SIT AT THE TIME WITH 2 HEAD-ON ACFT. I ATTEMPTED TO INFORM RADAR MAN OF PENDING SIT, 3 INSTANCES AND FINALLY TOLD R2 TO STOP CLBING ACFT AT FL250 UNDER OTHER ACFT. DURING THIS TIME FRAME, THE SUPVR QUESTIONED ME ABOUT PALI AIRSPACE, I CALLED HULADANCER FOR POINTOUT. THE RADAR MAN AT THE TIME INFORMED BOTH MYSELF AND SUPVR THAT ACR X HAD ALREADY BEEN POINTED OUT TO HULADANCER MIL CTL. WE LATER WERE INFORMED THAT NO SUCH POINTOUT WAS DONE BY RADAR MAN (R2) THEREFORE THE AIRSPACE DEVS OCCURRED.
