Narrative:

We were notified by cabin crew that a 16 yr old male passenger was having a seizure. A doctor was on board and attended the passenger. The captain asked if we needed to make an immediate landing. No answer from the doctor. Closest airport was kansas city, however, WX was thin obscured, 100 ft ceiling. Decided to continue to st louis and increased speed. Notified ZKC of problem, had company get medical personnel to meet aircraft. When cleared below 10000 MSL, we told ATC that we wanted to keep speed up (would exceed 250 KIAS). ATC acknowledged our transmission. We maintained 280-290 KIAS until 7000 MSL then slowed to normal speed to configure the aircraft and land. ATC cooperation was super.
