Narrative:

Medium large transport never came on my frequency. I, however, issued descent clearance to cross somto intersection at 13000. I did not get a readback and failed to realize it. Medium large transport got over somto at FL260 without a pointout to ZNY. Supplemental information from acn 210343. Medium large transport was over kerno at FL260, r-side gave the medium large transport a clearance to cross somto at 13000 and pilot did not read it back. I do not remember hearing the readback at the time. During this time tmu came over to discuss the ewr flow control situation with me. Also I was busy organizing 15-20 new strips into the bay. R19 also asking me to coordination with mxe (N25) on an altitude for an aircraft and then asked me to talk to R53 about a handoff on an aircraft approaching sector 53's boundary. After this was accomplished, medium large transport was observed at FL260 in ard's airspace. R19 told me to point medium large transport out to etx (wrong sector) I called etx 3 times in a 20 second time span and then realized my mistake and promptly called ard and pointed the medium large transport out. Medium large transport was approximately 10 mi inside of ard's airspace before the point out was completed. The pilot of medium large transport did report getting within 4 mi of an unidented aircraft at the same altitude, but this is unverified.
