Narrative:

Departed runway 6 at mygf with a left turnout to a heading of 250 degrees to intercept BR68V. The first officer (PF) intercepted the airway using the #2 navigation, the #1 navigation had a full left deflection. Still had visual contact with the ground and up the grand bahama coast instead of away from the island. At that time, I instructed my first officer to fly a heading of 250 degrees to re-intercept the airway. About that time, we were handed off to mia center, they informed us that we were tracking on the wrong airway with opposing traffic at the same altitude and to fly a heading of 310 degrees back toward the airway we should be on. Shortly after that, mia center gave us another heading to intercept another airway. I informed them of our problem and was given headings to a visual approach at our destination. Both VOR navs worked going into mygf and both locs and GS's worked at our destination. Whenever any kind of an incident happens, I try to analyze just what went wrong to prevent a similar occurrence. This time, I don't have an answer.
