Narrative:

During the arrival into charlotte, nc, on majic 5 arrival, ATC had cleared us from north of roanoke, va, VOR direct to mayos intersection. This was discussed with washington ATC and a correction made. No conflict with traffic existed and upon arrival our destination of charlotte, nc, both omegas were checked for position error and found to be in error by 39.9 NM on one system and 54.0 NM in error on the other system.
