Narrative:

Passenger (jump seat rider) became very sick. Throwing up large amounts of blood in cockpit. Jump seat rider became 'listless' and was moved to passenger cabin. He continued to vomit blood and it was determined it would be wise to make an unscheduled landing in billings, mt, to seek emergency medical treatment. VOR approach was made to runway 27R at billings, however, landing was 1500 pounds overweight for certification. Company operations was notified, dispatch notified. Maintenance was contacted, inspected, signed off, and new release issued. Flight continued onto planned destination.
