Narrative:
During vectors by ATC approach control at 11000 ft during turn to 070 degree heading, an air carrier large transport climbing below us to 10000 ft set off a TA, RA. We started climb and at 11250 descended back to 11000 ft, never any real conflict.

Narrative: DURING VECTORS BY ATC APCH CTL AT 11000 FT DURING TURN TO 070 DEG HDG, AN ACR LGT CLBING BELOW US TO 10000 FT SET OFF A TA, RA. WE STARTED CLB AND AT 11250 DSNDED BACK TO 11000 FT, NEVER ANY REAL CONFLICT.
