Narrative:

Misunderstood clearance to taxi to runway 27R inadvertently crossed runway 17. Ground controller advised he had issued a hold short of runway 17. No conflicts developed. Busy time of morning, full taxi clearance was not read back just call sign. Crew on 4TH day of 4 day trip. Morning, short sleep layover, 12 hour duty day ahead. Supplemental information from acn 202436. Ground advised us as we were crossing runway 17 'that's ok but your clearance was to hold short of runway 17 but go ahead and continue.' very busy time for so. Getting weights, new NOTAMS, thought I heard cleared to runway 27 and did not hear hold short of 17. Ways to correct: put stop lights on taxiways.
