Narrative:

While cruising at FL230 in VMC conditions we experienced turbulence (approaching moderate). The 2 flight attendants in the aft galley were injured. In my concern for the welfare and care of my crew members, I neglected to report the turbulence to ATC. Upon arrival in hou I called our dispatch and requested that they inform ATC of our encounter.
